Artsrouni E.V., Sadykova R.N., Mingazova E.N.
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of biological, demographic, ethnic, and socio-cultural factors influencing patient preferences, which makes it possible to develop and implement culturally sensitive patient-centered treatment approaches to achieve the effect of naturalness after interventions and increase patient satisfaction with treatment results. Taking into account the individual characteristics of each individual patient and the factors influencing the perception of beauty and the choice of patients is especially important due to the possible difference in patient preferences from the doctor's point of view. The variety of physical types of different ethnic populations, suggesting different aesthetic preferences and motives for seeking cosmetic procedures, provides unique perspectives for the development of aesthetic dermatology. The integration of artificial intelligence into cosmetic dermatology has the potential to revolutionize cosmetic consultations, treatment planning, progress analysis, patient education, and ultimately lead to further major advances in cosmetic dermatology.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine the current state and prospects of development of production pharmacies in Russia, as well as their readiness for the manufacture of cardioplegic solutions according to a specific prescription for providing cardiac surgery. The analysis of the Roszdravnadzor license registry data and a survey of institutions in the Central Federal District revealed that only a few number of pharmacies have the necessary conditions and resources for aseptic production. Major barriers include lack of components, equipment, qualified personnel and regulatory constraints. The need for regulatory changes and the introduction of modern manufacturing standards, including the use of international experience in compounding, and quality control in the activities of pharmacies with prescription and production departments to improve the availability of drugs in cardiac surgery is noted. The availability of drugs for cardiac surgery can be improved by implementing regulatory changes and modern manufacturing standards, including international compounding experience and quality control in the activities of pharmacies with prescription and production departments.

Bulycheva E.V., Tupikova N.N.
Abstract
Introduction. The modern lifestyle of girls, including behavioral patterns, social practices and value orientations, has a significant impact on their physical and psycho-emotional well-being. With the increasing prevalence of unhealthy habits in this group, the study of the relationship between lifestyle and subjective assessment of health is becoming particularly relevant. Objective. To identify patterns of association between behavioral lifestyle factors (physical activity, nutrition, smoking, alcohol consumption) and subjective health assessment among youth. Methods. A cross-sectional online survey was conducted among 214 females aged 18—22 years (Me [Q1; Q3] = 20 [19; 21]) using a combined questionnaire that included sections on self-rated health, physical activity, dietary habits, and harmful behaviors. Statistical analysis involved calculation of relative measures, Pearson's χ² test, and correlation analysis. Results. Age-related dynamics were revealed: positive health assessments decreased with age (r = −0.23). Regular physical activity was associated with higher self-rated health (r = 0.45). Balanced nutrition correlated with improved subjective assessment (r = 0.38), while smoking (r = −0.52) and alcohol consumption (r = −0.39) showed inverse relationships. Conclusion. The results confirm the significant influence of a healthy lifestyle on the subjective perception of health in girls. The formation of programs aimed at increasing physical activity, rationalizing nutrition and giving up bad habits can help improve both objective and subjective health in this group.

Chupandina E.E., Zhuravleva T.I., Chalaya O.V., Aleshina V.S.
Abstract
The assortment of private label-imitators (PL-imitators) was analyzed according to the indicators of imitation type, pharmacy product group, production and price segment. Identification of PL-imitators and original goods was carried out according to the adapted methodology of L. N. Bogomolova, S. A. Starov, A. A. Sumbaeva [8]. The main characteristics of PL-imitators are — combined imitation (64%), including a combination of phonetic and color-graphic — 85%; groups of goods of pharmacy assortment — dietary supplements (57%); mainly domestic production (85%) of manufacturers “Mirrolla”, “Kvadrat C”, in comparison with the price of goods of brands-manufacturers — lower price range. Consumer assessment of the similarity of the presented PL items with the original product by the average percentage equals 75%. 53.5% of consumers with pharmaceutical education identified the objects of the study with each other. Only 39.5% against 75% of the total population did not see any differences. Consumers above 45 years of age are more prone to consumer confusion and hardly identified PL-imitator from the branded item. There was no effect of gender on the identification of the study items. The problem of substitution of drugs for dietary supplements in the provision of pharmaceutical consumer information requires strict supervision of the PL circulation cycle in pharmacy.

The impact of dentophobia on quality of life and access to dental care
Leonov G.L.
Abstract
The article considers dentophobia as a significant biopsychosocial phenomenon that affects the quality of life and the structure of dental care. It is shown that the fear of dental intervention is formed under the influence of personal negative experiences, social learning, cultural beliefs and informational influences, which leads to a steady avoidance of preventive visits and late treatment. An analysis of these studies demonstrates that severe dental anxiety is associated with a deterioration in dental status, a decrease in psychological well-being, and an increased need for complex invasive interventions. The conclusion is drawn about the need for a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach, including improving communication, improving medical literacy and developing patient-oriented care strategies.

Koshechkin K.A., Spichak I.V., Kalashnikov R.V., Zhirova I.V.
Abstract
In the context of strict regulatory requirements and the desire for continuous improvement, pharmaceutical companies are faced with the need to improve the efficiency and reliability of their quality management systems (QMS). Traditional approaches to the audit of QMS documentation, based on manual analysis, are time-consuming, subject to the human factor and do not always provide the necessary depth of analysis FarBrain, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for automated audit of QMS documents. The system is designed to analyze various types of documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs), quality policies and reports, for compliance with a wide range of international and national standards, such as EAEU GMP, ICH Q10, ISO 9001, PIC/S Guide, GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The system is based on natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms that automatically extract key information, identify inconsistencies and potential risks, and make recommendations for improvement. The article describes in detail the methods behind the operation of the system, including the architecture, the AI algorithms used, and the validation process in accordance with the principles of GMP. In addition, the results demonstrating the functionality of the system are presented and compared with other existing AI solutions in the field of quality management. The advantages, challenges and prospects of introducing AI into QMS audit processes are discussed, emphasizing the importance of integration with other digital systems and the development of predictive analytics to ensure a high level of quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.
