Abstract
The article examines the current trends in labor migration of medical professionals in the context of the globalization of the labor market and the growing need for medical services. Based on analytical materials from international organizations, the scale of international mobility of medical workers has been analyzed, and the main factors determining the direction and intensity of migration flows have been identified. Special attention is paid to the economic, professional, institutional and demographic reasons for the migration of medical specialists.
