Abstract
The psychological well-being of graduate students affects the achievement of learning goals, the decision to continue the academic career of a researcher, teacher. The purpose of this study was to assess the psychological well-being of graduate students of medical specialties. Materials and methods. All PhD students of the Academy of Postgraduate Education of the FNCC FMBA of Russia participated in the correspondence survey. Of the 82 respondents, there were 44 (53,7%) men. The average age of respondents was 31.3 ± 6.20 years, men 29.7 ± 6.34 years, women 33.2 ± 5.56 years. The survey was conducted according to the Russian version of K. Riff's Shevelenkova—Fesenko questionnaire. Answer options for respondents are represented by a five-point Likert scale. The Kolmogorov—Smirnov test of all variables and frequency analysis on all scales, categories of psychological well-being were carried out. The Spearman correlation analysis, the Mann—Whitney U-test, and the calculation of the Kraska—Wallis criterion were carried out. Results. Psychological well-being and indicators on the scale of «positive attitude» are worse than normative values in 33 (40.2%) PhD students, on the scale of «autonomy» in 31 (37.8%), «environmental management» 35 (42.7%), «personal growth» 20 (24.4%), «life goals» 25 (30.5%), «self-acceptance» 37 (45.1%), in the category of «affect balance» for all PhD students, «meaningfulness of life» 25 (30.5%), «man as an open system» for 37 (45.1%) PhD students. There is no correlation between age and the level of psychological well-being in general, as well as on most scales and categories. Levels of psychological well-being in general, according to most scales and categories, are the same for PhD students of different sexes and years of study. PhD students working as anesthesiologists-resuscitators have the lowest indicator of psychological well-being relative to PhD students working in other practical specialties. Conclusions. It is rational to monitor the psychological well-being of PhD students with a comparison of its results with academic progress, as well as to continue to search for factors that determine the psychological well-being of Russian PhD students in order to improve their learning outcomes.

Medical and social aspects of the prevalence of herpes, its treatment, including the use of photodynamic therapy, and prevention
Volgin V.N., Sadykova R.N., Sadykova A.N.
Abstract
According to WHO and according to a number of foreign authors, more than 3 billion middle-aged people in the world are carriers of the herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). About half a billion people on the planet are infected with herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2), the age of these people mainly corresponds to the age group from 15 to 50 years. It is known that HSV-2 more often affects women, since during sexual contact the infection is more often transmitted from man to woman. The prevalence of HSV-2 increases with age, however, adolescents often become infected with this infection. Approximately 70% of pathological conditions caused by HSV are asymptomatic or accompanied by few symptoms and may remain unrecognized. Research has shown that HSV-2 can be co-infected with the human papillomavirus (HPV), leading to an even higher risk of developing cervical cancer. According to official data, herpes cannot be completely cured; doctors’ efforts are usually aimed at treating the symptoms of HSV. A promising direction in the treatment of recurrent herpes on the lips seems to be the use of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photobiomodulation (PBM). PDT and PBM have been shown to have good results in relieving symptoms of simple hepatitis, accelerating healing, and reducing relapse rates without side effects. Effective HSV prevention measures include screening, use of diagnostic tools, contact tracing of sexual partners, promotion of effective barrier contraception, and appropriate counseling. Currently, many new preventive and therapeutic strategies for the treatment of HSV are in development, and mechanisms of drug resistance and associated mutations in the viral genome are being studied.

Кучерявых Е.С., Панарина Я.С., Веневцев Е.О., Комаров А.Г., Аксенова Е.И., Романова В.А., Цибин А.Н., Слуцкий Е.А., Штинова И.А., Шпакова О.Г., Беляева А.С.
Abstract
COVID-19 has become one of the most striking examples of infectious diseases that have caused a heavy burden on national health systems, which globally affected many factors of human life. The genomic sequence of RNA-containing viruses is constantly changing over time. Many new mutations in SARS-CoV-2 have been noted since its first detection in 2019. Sequencing makes it possible to identify the sequence of virus nucleotides, including new mutations. Rapid monitoring of the evolution of the virus and populations of circulating strains is a necessary step in understanding the biological properties of new virus variants and the dynamics of their transmission. Such information is important for public health services and the development of anti-epidemic measures that affect human well-being, life expectancy, and the country's economy. During the period of active spread of the new coronavirus infection in Moscow, the entire laboratory service was quickly transformed. It has become centralized, united by a digital circuit with a powerful analytical center and modern equipment. The article presents the evolution of the city's laboratory service during the pandemic, describes the key stages of development, describes the mechanisms for planning the burden on medical organizations, taking into account the dynamics of morbidity in the population of Moscow, algorithms for increasing the capacity of laboratory services, taking into account the external epidemiological situation.

Medical tourism: a brief overview of the Russian context
Амлаев К.Р.
Abstract
The article discusses issues reflecting the context of the development of inbound and outbound medical tourism in Russia. It is noted that MT is becoming one of the directions for promoting countries on the world stage and an additional source of financing for healthcare. It is indicated that Russia has both strengths and weaknesses that can influence the vector of development of MT. It is emphasized that the prevailing geopolitical conditions have negatively affected the prospects for the development of inbound and outbound MT, however, domestic MT may expect a period of revival, given the variety of sanatorium and resort facilities in Russia and their accessibility to the population. Measures are proposed to stimulate migration, which include changes in migration legislation, economic support at the state and regional levels, diversification of services and marketing technologies.

Kuznetsova E.V., Zhuravleva M.V., Mikhailov I.A., Khabriev R.U.
Abstract
Aim. To perform a comprehensive analysis of drug safety risk factors over time in medical organizations in Moscow in 2020 2022. Materials and methods. We used the following materials notifications of an adverse reaction or lack of therapeutic effect of a drug for 2020 2021 and 2022 3933 pieces. The study took place in 2 stages. At the 1st stage of the study we performed a comprehensive analysis of the database of spontaneous reports of adverse reactions arising from the use of drugs for 2020 2021 and 2022 by constructing data distributions in various sections with subsequent assessment of the statistical significance of the identified differences. At the 2nd stage of the study we used regression analysis to identify the most significant factors and indicators that determine the safety of the use of drugs in medical organizations in Moscow and the differences in these factors for 2020 2021 and 2022. We used multivariate regression analysis in a linear model. Results. It was found that more often compared to other adverse reactions were observed in patients aged 19 45 years 285 notifications p 0.0193. The most significant factors determining the safety of the use of drugs in 2020 in medical organizations in Moscow were the trade name and manufacturer of the drug. In 2021 such factors were the medical organization in which the drug was used and the conditions for providing medical care. Such changes in the most significant factors compared to 2020 may be associated with the novel coronavirus infection COVID 19 pandemic. The most significant factors in 2022 there were factors similar to 2021. Conclusion. In the absence of significant organizational changes in the healthcare system under the influence of external factors for example the COVID 19 pandemic drug safety is primarily determined by the factors of the manufacturer and trade name of the drug that is the conditions of production and storage of drugs. And in conditions of significant organizational changes in the healthcare system under the influence of external factors drug safety is determined primarily by the conditions of medical care and the medical organization in which medical care is provided.
