Abstract


The process of personnel training for the healthcare system is designed to ensure the availability of high-quality educational services throughout the entire working life. When organizing vocational training, where the key points are active forms and methods of adult education, one should pay attention, among other things, to the psychology of adult trainees: motivation, independent decision-making about the need for training within the framework of their professional activities and interest in the results of their training.
