Proactive medical and social patronage in the system of long-term care (literature review)

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the global long-term care market. The place and role of proactive medical and social patronage in the healthcare and social services systems of the Russian Federation are reflected, aspects of its regulation are presented, as well as its contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals in the Russian Federation. The features of interdepartmental interaction in the implementation of proactive medical and social patronage in the Russian Federation, including in the city of Moscow, are given. IT solutions for providing proactive medical and social patronage in the countries of the world are considered. It was revealed that significant steps are being taken in the world for the widespread introduction and scaling of successful long-term care practices, the most important of which in the Russian Federation is proactive medical and social patronage, but the professional community has yet to work out a significant pool of issues related to this type of service.
