Проактивный медико-социальный патронаж в системе долговременного ухода (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Представлен анализ мирового рынка долговременного ухода. Отражены место и роль проактивного медико-социального патронажа (МСП) в системах здравоохранения и социального обслуживания, аспекты его регулирования, вклад в достижение целей устойчивого развития в России. Приведены особенности межведомственного взаимодействия при осуществлении проактивного МСП в России, в том числе в Москве. Рассмотрены ИТ-решения для обеспечения проактивного МСП в разных странах. Выявлено, что в мире предпринимаются значительные шаги для повсеместного внедрения и масштабирования успешных практик долговременного ухода, важнейшим из которых в России является МСП в проактивной форме, однако профессиональном сообществу ещё предстоит проработать значительное число вопросов, связанных с этим видом услуг.
