Abstract
The healthcare system is an essential part of the social sphere, which effectiveness is determined by many factors, such as the availability and quality of medical services in accordance with the needs of the population, as well as an established management system on the macro and micro levels. Tools aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare system should be focused on both patients and medical personnel, organizations to achieve the best effect. This study examines the positive impact of the introduction of digitalization in the healthcare system using the example of the State Services portal in Moscow and Moscow region.
