Satisfaction with the quality of medical care provided to adults with dental diseases under the policy of CHI and VMI: evaluation of primary reception

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the extent to which a patient is satisfied with the medical care they have received from their healthcare provider. Patient satisfaction is one of the most important factors determining the effectiveness of a medical institution. This is one of the standards for measuring effectiveness when the effectiveness of a medical organization is related to the provision of services and ensuring their quality. The paper presents the data of the author's study of satisfaction with the quality of primary admission on dental orthopedics provided within the framework of the CHI and VMI program. It is concluded that within the framework of the initial (consultation) admission, the funding program does not affect the quality of medical care provided and the level of patient satisfaction.
