Patient satisfaction is one of the most important factors determining the effectiveness of a medical institution. This is one of the standards for measuring effectiveness when the effectiveness of a medical organization is related to the provision of services and ensuring their quality. The paper presents the data of the authors study of satisfaction with the quality of primary admission on dental orthopedics provided within the framework of the CHI and VMI program.
