The use of social networks in assessing patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care. Part 2. Criteria and quality indicators in patient digital responses

Abstract

Modern information and communication technologies have transformed the system of collecting and analyzing data on the perception of the quality of medical care. A special place is occupied by the use of social networks and online platforms as sources of analysis of the digital patient experience. The article discusses the criteria and indicators on the basis of which patients formulate their assessment of the quality of medical services in a digital environment. A systematization of digital quality indicators reflected in user reviews is proposed, and methodological approaches to their interpretation are discussed.
