Risk-oriented approach in the design information’s stand of pharmacies

Abstract

The information’s stand (IS) in a pharmacies is a high-frequency object of study and control, both by inspectors and visitors, and the way information is presented on it is important from the point of view of compliance with legal norms and customer loyalty. The purpose of this work was to identify the most common inconsistencies of the components of the IS of the pharmacies and to analyze the risks arising from incorrect registration of the IS. As a result of the conducted research, a low level of attention to filling the IS with both mandatory and additional information was established. In order to minimize the risks arising from incorrect design of the IS, a standard operating procedure, a sample checklist, including all mandatory and additional items, and an IS layout have been developed, these materials are available for download via the QR code in the article.
