Organizational Foundations for Developing Interagency Cooperation Technology to Prevent Professional Burnout in Medical Personnel

Abstract
The article discusses the organizational foundations of developing a technology for interdepartmental interaction aimed at preventing professional burnout syndrome among doctors. The study is based on empirical data obtained by the authors of the article through the implementation of expert assessment methods and a questionnaire survey of doctors. The study revealed that high workload and dissatisfaction with working conditions are key risk factors. The article emphasizes the need for consolidation of efforts between healthcare institutions, social protection agencies, and professional communities. The article formulates an understanding of the technology of interdepartmental interaction in the prevention of professional burnout as a set of coordinated organizational, psychoprophylactic and socioeconomic measures. The organizational foundations of the development of such a technology are classified and described, including legal, managerial, informational-methodological and personnel components.
