Abstract
In September 2025, we celebrated the third anniversary of the Lugansk People's Republic's admission to the Russian Federation. Since September 30, 2022, the pharmacy sector has also been brought into regulatory compliance. The complexity of this process lies not only in the difficulty of adapting to the requirements of Russian Legislation, but also in their changes during the transition period. We conducted a study of changes in Russian legislation in the field of pharmacy that occurred in 2023—2025.
