The work of the Department of infectious diseases and epidemiology of the Russian University of Medicine during the rise of diphtheria cases in the Russian Federation at the end of the 20th century

Abstract


The article presents the materials of the last major outbreak of diphtheria in the Russian Federation at the end of the 20th century (1990—1997), in the measures to eliminate which employees of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology of the Russian University of Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Russia (former Moscow Medical Dental Institute) participated.
