Industry-based platform for training young spesiаlists on the basis of universities: modern challenges and realities

Abstract

The importance of training young professionals cannot be overemphasized. Academic organizations play a crucial role in this process, acting as the main platform for learning. However, the current realities of rapid technological advancement and changing market demands make this task mor complex. The challenge is not only to attract talents, but also to ensure that these specialists are adequately prepared for the unique requirements of the industry. Consequently, the educational programs delivered by universities need to be closely aligned with the specific needs of pharmaceutical companies.
