Assessment of efficiency of medicine and health care: current state of the problem

Abstract


Features modern domestic and foreign the practician of assessment of efficiency are reflected in article. The opinion that at assessment of efficiency it is important to consider health care as the system consisting of two sectors — a health care system in which activities for strengthening of public health and the system of medical support in which medical care is provided to people on an individual basis are carried out is proved. Absolutely various results of use of resources depend on the persons making decisions and the health sector and on health workers (the sector of medicine) that it is important to consider when developing new and improvement of the existing efficiency assessment techniques.
