Abstract
In order to identify labor and migration attitudes, a survey was conducted among undergraduate, graduate and specialist students, as well as graduate students and residents of the St. Petersburg State Chemical-Pharmaceutical University. The article considers such main indicators of the future graduates' integrating process into the labor market as work experience (in the specialty and not), ways to find a job, the main problems that arise in the course of work and others, as well as the likelihood and direction of a change of residence after receiving a diploma. The conducted research makes it possible to draw conclusions about the intentions of student youth — future qualified specialists in the field of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and offer recommendations for adjusting the integration of young specialists in the labor market.
