Трудовые и миграционные установки будущих выпускников с разными уровнями высшего образования в химико-фармацевтической сфере (на примере СПХФУ)

Аннотация
С целью выявления трудовых и миграционных установок проведено анкетирование студентов бакалавриата, магистратуры и специалитета, а также аспирантов и ординаторов Санкт-Петербургского государственного химико-фармацевтического университета. В статье рассмотрены основные показатели процесса интеграции будущих выпускников на рынок труда: опыт работы (по специальности и нет); способы поиска работы; основные проблемы, возникающие в процессе трудовой деятельности и др.; вероятность и характер смены места жительства после получения диплома. Проведённое исследование позволяет сделать выводы о намерениях студенческой молодёжи — будущих квалифицированных специалистов в сфере химико-фармацевтической отрасли. Большая часть студентов-выпускников ещё не определилась с будущим местом жительства и работы и не имеет чётких трудовых и миграционных установок. Это те будущие молодые специалисты, которые при грамотном подходе и создании благоприятных условий могут остаться жить и работать в нашем регионе либо переехать в другие регионы России. Для корректировки интеграции молодых специалистов на рынке труда следует проводить чёткую государственную политику в области занятости молодёжи, обеспечить возможности трудоустройства по будущей специальности, а также уделять особое внимание патриотическому воспитанию в вузе.
