Базовые зарубежные опросники качества жизни пациентов с рассеянным склерозом

Аннотация


Качество жизни (КЖ) является одним из наиболее значимых показателей результативности оказания помощи пациентам с рассеянным склерозом (РС). Целью данной работы стало обобщение доступных научных сведений о характеристиках основных зарубежных опросников, применяемых для оценки КЖ у пациентов с РС. Материалы и методы. Поиск релевантных литературных источников проводился в библиографической базе PubMed. В поисковых запросах применяли ключевые слова: «multiple sclerosis», «questionnaires», «quality of life», а также использовали англоязычные названия тестов. Публикации отбирали по названию и содержанию резюме. Результаты. В научной литературе представлен широкий набор опросников для оценки состояния и КЖ пациентов с РС. Некоторые из них включают стандартный блок общих вопросов, позволяющий проводить сравнение между пациентами с различными заболеваниями и здоровыми субъектами. Отмечено, что конструкция опросников с включением общих и специальных блоков оказывается очень удобной для одновременного получения разносторонних, комплексных оценок течения РС. На практике выбор конкретного опросника зависит от целей и задач его применения. Обсуждение. Одни опросники чаще применяются в рамках клинических и эпидемиологических исследований, в то время как другие уже внедрены в повседневную клиническую практику. Перед внедрением новых анкет, составленных на иностранных языках, в систему российского здравоохранения необходима их адаптация. Валидация новых опросников в условиях регионального здравоохранения открывает новые перспективы их применения в регулярной клинической практике.
