Проблема профессиональной адаптации молодых специалистов химико-фармацевтической отрасли (на примере выпускников Санкт-Петербургского государственного химико-фармацевтического университета)

Аннотация
По результатам опроса выпускников СПХФУ выявлены особенности профессиональной адаптации молодых специалистов химико-фармацевтической отрасли с точки зрения двух факторов: внутренняя готовность молодого специалиста к профессиональной адаптации и содействие внешней среды, направленное на осуществление процесса адаптации. Сделан вывод о вполне успешном процессе адаптации молодых специалистов на рабочих местах. Большинство из них не испытывают проблем при трудоустройстве по полученной специальности и уверенно закрепляются в организациях. Выявленные в процессе исследования трудности свидетельствуют о необходимости более тесного сотрудничества высшего образования и производства.
