Кирова, Санкт-Петербург, Россия15122024218319115102025Copyright © 2024, АО "Шико"2024По результатам опроса выпускников СПХФУ выявлены особенности профессиональной адаптации молодых специалистов химико-фармацевтической отрасли с точки зрения двух факторов: внутренняя готовность молодого специалиста к профессиональной адаптации и содействие внешней среды, направленное на осуществление процесса адаптации. Сделан вывод о вполне успешном процессе адаптации молодых специалистов на рабочих местах. Большинство из них не испытывают проблем при трудоустройстве по полученной специальности и уверенно закрепляются в организациях.
