Внедрение электронных медицинских карт в систему здравоохранения: барьеры, перспективы

Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены особенности внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в системы здравоохранения на примере электронных медицинских карт (ЭМК). Проведён обзор зарубежной литературы, отражающей барьеры внедрения ЭМК по данным исследований, представлена статистика использования медицинскими работниками электронной документации в разных странах, отражены перспективы цифровизации электронного документооборота.
