Аннотация
В статье приводится анализ норм труда, указанных в приказе Минздрава России по профилю «психиатрия-наркология», выявлены противоречия между разными Приложениями документа в части нормативной численности населения для установления должностей психиатров-наркологов, рассмотрены ошибочные позиции по штатам для круглосуточной работы. Важным выводом публикации является необходимость решения выявленных проблем не только путём внесения изменений в конкретный документ, но в целом в создании системы нормирования труда, разрушенной в последние годы.
