Nikolai Nikolaevich Yakhno (2 December 1944, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian neurologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Nervous Diseases and Neurosurgery, Faculty of Medicine, I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honoured Scientist of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Russian Society of Neurologists, Honorary President of the Russian Interregional Society for the Study of Pain (ROIB), Board Member of the Russian Association of Gerontologists and Geriatricians (RAGG), Chairman of the Editorial Board of the Russian Journal of Pain, Editor-in-Chief of the Russian Neurological Journal, author and co-author of more than 600 publications, including more than 20 monographs, manuals for doctors, textbooks for students.
