Digital transformation of healthcare management as a driving force for technological and organizational innovations

Abstract


The issues of developing a medical organization management system in the context of digitalization of the healthcare system of the Moscow Region (MO) have been studied. The methodology of improving the medical information system (MIS) and expanding the use of digital solutions has been analyzed, which helps to optimize work processes and, together with changes in the infrastructure of medical organizations, to expand the capabilities of medical professionals and increase the availability of medical care in accordance with the needs of patients. The article shows the possibilities of using digital technologies to introduce technological and organizational innovations into the activities of medical organizations.
