Organizational technologies for reducing dental fears in older patients

Abstract
This article examines organizational technologies aimed at reducing anxiety in elderly patients in a dental clinic. Dental fear (dentophobia) in older patients is a common problem affecting the quality of dental care and overall health. The author analyzes psychological and organizational approaches, including environmental adaptations, communication strategies, and the use of additional relaxation techniques. A study involving 120 patients aged 60+ years identified key factors influencing fear levels and treatment satisfaction. The results demonstrate a significant reduction in anxiety with the implementation of the proposed technologies.
