Experience of digitalization of primary health care «Dashboard on accessibility»

Abstract


Improving the accessibility and quality of primary health care (PHC), the satisfaction of citizens and the efficiency of the organization of medical care provided in outpatient conditions, the implementation of the principles of patient-centricity of healthcare institutions — these properties of quality medical care should be implemented in a medical organization, including, using appropriate digital tools. Medical organization of the city district of Dubna (Moscow region) systematically solves the problems of developing interaction with the patient, with an emphasis on speed and visibility. Visualization of medical indicators, real-time reports, and analytics obtained using the PHC Availability Dashboard service, they allow for the improvement of medical organization management based on data, which predetermined the purpose of this study: to find new tools for improving the efficiency of medical organization management in PHC, and thus to increase the availability of medical services provided in outpatient settings.
