Abstract
The current complex of interconnected political, socio-economic, and managerial factors has rendered the effective integration of medical institutions a national priority. This prioritization is driven by the pressing practical need to develop and implement an effective management model designed not merely to restore the operational capacity of healthcare organizations, but to achieve their qualitative transformation and rapid integration into a unified Russian medical space. A review and analysis of scientific literature on this topic was conducted, resulting in conclusions intended to enhance and advance the operations of medical institutions in the new federal subjects of the Russian Federation.
