Abstract
This review examines the current state of pharmaceutical care for the population in conditions of coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The authors analyze the history of the pandemic, the basic principles of the concept of pharmaceutical care, Russian and foreign experience in providing pharmaceutical care to the population during the pandemic. However, the problem of developing organizational and economic approaches to research the availability and quality of pharmaceutical care to the population with acute respiratory viral infections in conditions of COVID-19 at the regional level requires further study.
