Аптечные сети: проблемы определения и регулирования

Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены проблемы правового регулирования аптечных сетей. Представлен анализ источников, рассматривающих определение и классификацию аптечных сетей, отмечена проблема отсутствия до настоящего времени в правовой и экспертной сфере единых подходов в их определении. Обозначены риски введения ограничительного регулирования в отсутствие четкого понимания юридических и экономических особенностей функционирования сетевых структур, степени влияния на развитие фармацевтического рынка, необходимости и последствий ограничительных мер.
