Организационные механизмы оптимизации первичной медико-санитарной помощи в условиях муниципального здравоохранения

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются ключевые организационные механизмы, направленные на повышение эффективности функционирования системы первичной медико-санитарной помощи в муниципальном здравоохранении. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам адаптации управленческих моделей, реструктуризации ресурсного обеспечения, совершенствованию кадровой политики и внедрению современных технологий управления. Определяются барьеры и факторы, влияющие на результативность организационных преобразований, и обосновываются направления дальнейшей оптимизации первичной медико-санитарной помощи в муниципальных образованиях.
