Аннотация
Скорая медицинская помощь (СМП) является самостоятельным видом медицинской помощи. Совершенствование системы организации СМП особенно актуально в крупном промышленном регионе России, поскольку на службу СМП приходится значительная доля нагрузки всей системы здравоохранения. Авторами проведен анализ оказания СМП в Московской области в динамике, который позволил выявить особенности структурно-организационного характера, проблемные зоны и разработать принципы и технологии инновационного развития скорой и неотложной медицинской помощи в регионе России.
