It is believed that after adoption of the document, two federal laws, On Personal Data and On the Protection of Consumers’ Rights, will be immediately amended at one time.In so doing, the state makes attempts to lay the groundwork for a national control system in the area of human biomaterials. The international law has established regulatory practice in this area, while several problems remain unresolved.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>biobanks</kwd><kwd>genetic research</kwd><kwd>human bio-samples</kwd><kwd>collection</kwd><kwd>medical institutions</kwd><kwd>legal regulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>биобанки</kwd><kwd>генетические исследования</kwd><kwd>биообразцы человека</kwd><kwd>сбор</kwd><kwd>медицинские учреждения</kwd><kwd>правовое регулирование</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Проект федерального закона.
