Based on a survey of 1,016 respondents, the study characterizes sleep patterns, screen time, physical activity, eating behavior, and drinking regime of students. It was found that a significant proportion of students experience chronic sleep deprivation, the vast majority spend 5 or more hours a day in front of screens and lack time outdoors. Physical activity is at a critically low level, with more than two-thirds of students not attending sports sections. Problems in the organization of catering and access to drinking water at the university have been identified. The obtained data indicate the presence of persistent risk factors requiring managerial intervention and can serve as a basis for targeted health preservation solutions.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>students</kwd><kwd>health preservation</kwd><kwd>university management</kwd><kwd>megacity</kwd><kwd>behavioral patterns</kwd><kwd>physical activity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>студенты</kwd><kwd>здоровьесбережение</kwd><kwd>управление вузом</kwd><kwd>мегаполис</kwd><kwd>поведенческие паттерны</kwd><kwd>физическая активность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Abdygulova I.
