It is proved that the digital transformation of healthcare is changing not only the technological infrastructure of the industry, but also the requirements for the training, distribution, use and continuous development of medical personnel. It is shown that the introduction of digital solutions, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, data analytics and platform services requires a revision of competence models, educational programs, retraining mechanisms and personnel policy in healthcare. It is concluded that the development of human resources in the context of digitization should be based on a systematic combination of technological modernization, institutional changes and strengthening the digital competencies of medical professionals.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>digitization of healthcare</kwd><kwd>human resources</kwd><kwd>medical personnel</kwd><kwd>digital competencies</kwd><kwd>digital health</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>professional development</kwd><kwd>personnel policy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цифровизация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>человеческие ресурсы</kwd><kwd>медицинские кадры</kwd><kwd>цифровые компетенции</kwd><kwd>цифровое здоровье</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>профессиональное развитие</kwd><kwd>кадровая политика</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sautkina V.
