На основе обобщения отечественных и зарубежных исследований рассматриваются ключевые аспекты: исторические предпосылки формирования отраслевой системы здравоохранения; особенности заболеваемости работников, обусловленные комплексом вредных производственных факторов; действующая модель организации медицинской помощи и её нормативное регулирование; выявленные системные проблемы доступности и качества услуг; перспективные направления реформирования.
