For this purpose, we have conduct survey among nAMD patients receiving specialized treatment with angiogenesis inhibitors, during which data were collected on factors potentially associated with treatment satisfaction. The relationship between these factors and satisfaction was assessed using logistic regression. The optimal logistic regression model included such factors as visual acuity dynamics over the past 6 months, patients awareness of the disease and its treatment strategy, and the level of treatment adherence, and had a coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0.38. In addition, satisfaction was also associated with having pensioner status and self-payment for treatment. As the main reasons for low satisfaction, patients most frequently cited the distance from their residence to the healthcare facility (24%), financial reasons (17 %), and unsatisfactory treatment outcomes (15%).
