Based on the analysis of international and Russian experience, key socio-economic and organizational factors determining the effectiveness of these initiatives in commercial companies have been identified. The authors classification of corporate healthy lifestyle programs by goals, forms of implementation, target groups of employees and levels of integration into the management system of the organization has been formed.
