This article examines the impact of the level of qualification of medical workers on the quality of medical services provided. The main focus of the work is the analysis of various aspects related to the role of the qualification of medical personnel, including not only theoretical training, but also practical skills that are necessary for the successful performance of professional duties. Modern healthcare is significantly influenced by new technologies and medical practices, which makes the issue of professional development relevant. The article examines the importance of the concept of continuing education, which is becoming an integral part of the professional activities of medical professionals, which, according to the author, becomes especially important in a rapidly changing medical environment, where new research and development require doctors to constantly update knowledge and adapt to innovations.
