Based on retail sales data and the state register of medicinal products, an assessment of a market dynamics and the consumption structure by manufacturers and brands was conducted. The study results indicate sustained market growth since 2021, both in value and in volume. In 2024, sales reached 14.2 billion RUB and 19.0 million packs. A high market concentration among manufacturers was identified, the TOP 5 companies accumulating over 90% of sales in value and about 85% in packs. Leading positions are held by foreign companies (Heel, Boiron); however, the share of the local manufacturer «Materia Medica» is growing actively. The factors contributing to the market growth are discussed, including public interest in alternative medicine, promotional activities by manufacturers, and prescribing practices within the medical community. Risks related to import dependency, high brand concentration, as well as public and professional trust are noted. It is concluded that the further development of the segment will be determined not by scientific debates, but by regulatory and economic factors.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pharmaceutical market</kwd><kwd>homeopathic product</kwd><kwd>market dynamics</kwd><kwd>market concentration</kwd><kwd>consumer behavior</kwd><kwd>marketing strategies</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фармацевтический рынок</kwd><kwd>гомеопатический лекарственный препарат</kwd><kwd>рыночная динамика</kwd><kwd>концентрация рынка</kwd><kwd>потребительское поведение</kwd><kwd>маркетинговые стратегии</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Frank R, Ecks S.
