Современный образ жизни девушек, включая поведенческие паттерны, социальные практики и ценностные ориентации, оказывает значительное влияние на их физическое и психоэмоциональное благополучие. В условиях роста распространённости нездоровых привычек в данной группе изучение взаимосвязи между образом жизни и субъективной оценкой здоровья приобретает особую актуальность. Цель исследования — выявить закономерности взаимосвязи между поведенческими факторами образа жизни (физическая активность, питание, курение, употребление алкоголя) и субъективной оценкой здоровья среди девушек. Методы. Проведён одномоментный онлайн-опрос 214 девушек 18—22 лет (Me [Q1; Q3] = 20 [19; 21]) с использованием комбинированного опросника, включавшего блоки вопросов о самооценке здоровья, физической активности, питании и вредных привычках. Статистический анализ данных включал расчёт относительных показателей, оценку по критерию χ² Пирсона и корреляционный анализ. Результаты. Выявлена возрастная динамика: с увеличением возраста снижается доля позитивных оценок здоровья (r = −0,23). Регулярная физическая активность ассоциирована с более высокой самооценкой здоровья (r = 0,45). Рациональное питание коррелирует с улучшенной субъективной оценкой (r = 0,38), тогда как курение (r = −0,52) и употребление алкоголя (r = −0,39) демонстрируют обратную зависимость. Заключение. Результаты подтверждают значимое влияние здорового образа жизни на субъективное восприятие здоровья у девушек.
