Based on semi-structured interviews with experts, key factors were identified that determine the successful adaptation of telemedicine to the needs of this age group. The analysis of expert assessments revealed the challenges that hinder adaptation and provided recommendations for the development and implementation of telemedicine solutions that take into account the specific needs of the elderly. The results of this study can be used to improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare for the elderly.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>telemedicine</kwd><kwd>elderly people</kwd><kwd>adaptation</kwd><kwd>expert assessments</kwd><kwd>optimization</kwd><kwd>healthcare</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>телемедицина</kwd><kwd>пожилые люди</kwd><kwd>адаптация</kwd><kwd>экспертные оценки</kwd><kwd>оптимизация</kwd><kwd>здравоохранение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Borges do Nascimento S.
