According to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1495-r dated June 7, 2023, the Strategy for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry until 2030 includes the production of high-quality and competitive drugs in the external and domestic markets, as well as the production of Russian drugs in a full production cycle in the territory of the Russian Federation. To conduct a comparative analysis, a database was preliminarily compiled for three pharmaceutical markets: Russian, European and American. Data on the range of insulin drugs in the Russian market were obtained from the State Register of Medicines of the Ministry of Health of Russia, data on the range of insulin drugs on the European market were obtained from the European Medicines Agency (EMA), data on the range of insulin drugs on the American market were obtained from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
