Москва, Россия15122025328729317102025Copyright © 2025, АО "Шико"2025В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения финансовой устойчивости и конкурентоспособности проектов импортозамещения в сфере медицинской промышленности на примере отечественного высокопольного магнитно-резонансного томографа, разрабатываемого Росатомом. Проведен анализ состояния российского рынка магнитно-резонансных томографов, выявлены ключевые проблемы, связанные с высокой зависимостью от импорта и дефицитом современного оборудования. На основе комплексного сравнения технических и экономических характеристик отечественной разработки с ведущими зарубежными аналогами рассчитан интегральный показатель конкурентоспособности. Для оценки инвестиционных рисков и эффективности проекта применён метод Монте-Карло, что позволило количественно оценить вероятность достижения положительных финансовых результатов.
