Методы. Опрошены 1308 студентов медицинских вузов, обучающихся по направлениям подготовки «Лечебное дело», с помощью многомерной шкалы перфекционизма (MPS) и методики профессиональной субъектности Е.Н. Азлецкой. Результаты. Выявлены статистически достоверные различия между группами студентов, характеризующихся низким, средним и высоким уровнями перфекционизма, в показателях профессиональной субъектности: ответственности, саморегуляции, эмоционального интеллекта и креативности. Установлено, что показатели перфекционизма положительно коррелируют с показателями ответственности и саморегуляции и отрицательно — с показателями креативности и эмоционального интеллекта. Обсуждение. Результаты исследования соотносятся с научно обоснованными сведениями о негативном влиянии перфекционизма на развитие личности, её способность выражать эмоции и распознавать эмоции других людей, устанавливать с ними психологический контакт, а также на стремление личности к нестандартному решению профессиональных задач, её гибкость и творческие способности. Однако выявлено, что высокий уровень перфекционизма детерминирует формирование у будущих медицинских работников ответственности, стремления контролировать свою деятельность и управлять ею, что является необходимым условием эффективности их будущей профессиональной деятельности. Заключение. На основании результатов исследования сделан вывод о целесообразности поддержания у будущих медицинских работников уровня перфекционизма в средних значениях, что гарантировало бы развитие у них профессиональной субъектности, включающей в себя не только развитую ответственность, склонность к самоанализу, рефлексии, стремление к саморегуляции своего поведения и деятельности, но и творческие способности, нестандартное мышление, умение видеть свои сильные и слабые стороны, адекватно оценивать свои поступки, развивать коммуникативные навыки.perfectionismobject-oriented perfectionismsubject-oriented perfectionismprofessional subjectivityresponsibilityself-regulationreflectioncreativityfuture medical workersперфекционизмобъектно-ориентированный перфекционизмсубъектно-ориентированный перфекционизмпрофессиональная субъектностьответственностьсаморегуляциярефлексиякреативностьбудущие медицинские работники[Garanyan N.
