Since 2011, a number of federal healthcare digitalization projects have been implemented in the Russian Federation, which have made it possible to provide state and municipal medical organizations with equipment, communication channels and software, and create a unified information network. The article presents an analysis of the digital transformation of the industry based on the introduction of medical information systems, a unified state health information system, a single digital circuit providing data exchange between all participants in the system and the development of innovative methods of healthcare management. Electronic services for the development of telemedicine consultations, electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions, provision of medicines, etc. allow you to effectively organize the provision of medical care and solve problems to increase the availability and quality of care and patient satisfaction.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>healthcare informatization</kwd><kwd>digital transformation</kwd><kwd>healthcare management</kwd><kwd>unified state healthcare information system</kwd><kwd>electronic medical record</kwd><kwd>telemedicine</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>информатизация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>цифровая трансформация</kwd><kwd>управление здравоохранением</kwd><kwd>единая государственная информационная система здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>электронная медицинская карта</kwd><kwd>телемедицина</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Spartak A.
