The data obtained allow us to assert that, in general, the digital transformation of the healthcare system in the Moscow region is being carried out successfully. At the same time, the knowledge of medical workers about the capabilities of medical information systems is insufficient; not all the effects expected from the implementation of these systems have been achieved. It is necessary to strengthen educational work among medical workers, especially older age groups, on the use of digital technologies in the organization and provision of medical care, as well as to eliminate duplication of the same doctor’s actions in electronic and paper document flow when preparing medical documentation.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>healthcare organization</kwd><kwd>public health</kwd><kwd>informatization</kwd><kwd>digitalization of healthcare</kwd><kwd>medical workers</kwd><kwd>competencies</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>организация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>общественное здоровье</kwd><kwd>информатизация</kwd><kwd>цифровизация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>медицинские работники</kwd><kwd>компетенции</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pesennikova E.
