Рассматриваются причины, побуждающие пациентов обращаться за медицинской помощью за рубеж: высокая цена услуги на родине, долгое её ожидание, юридические барьеры получения конкретной услуги и др. Описаны медицинские, правовые и этические риски, сопровождающие получение медицинской помощи за рубежом.
