Методика написания обзора. Данный обзор был выполнен согласно рекомендациям PRISMA 2020. В качестве источников информации были использованы базы данных PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar. Были проанализированы источники, соответствующие теме исследования, за период с января 2018 г. по сентябрь 2023 г. Всего было найдено 147 источников, из которых после первичного анализа было отобрано 78. Для итогового анализа было выбрано 49 публикаций. Заключение. Согласно результатам выполненного теоретического исследования в качестве актуальных для решения вопросов обеспечения качественной первичной медико-санитарной помощи (ПМСП) населению актуальным представляется определить следующие направления: 1) решение кадрового ресурса (как в отношении количества медицинских специалистов, так и относительно их квалификации); 2) организация системы оказания ПМСП (на межгосударственном, государственном, отраслевом уровнях, а также на региональном и местном уровнях с учётом социально-экономических, нозологических, климато-географических особенностей); 3) возможность непрерывного контроля и оценки реализуемой ПМСП населению.</abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>primary health care</kwd><kwd>ensuring accessibility of primary health care</kwd><kwd>lean technologies</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первичная медико-санитарная помощь</kwd><kwd>обеспечение доступности первичной медико-санитарной помощи</kwd><kwd>бережливые технологии</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kalininskaya A.
