Semashko National Research Institute of Public Health, Moscow, Russian Federation15122023430530814102025Copyright © 2023,2023The article provides an analysis of the labor standards specified in the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on the Procedure for providing medical care in the profile «psychiatry-narcology», contradictions between different applications of the document in terms of the normative population size for the establishment of positions of psychiatrists-narcologists are revealed, erroneous positions on the recommended number of positions to ensure round-the-clock work are considered.
